Throughout 20 years of experience in positions in Big Four and at a consulting firms, Olivier has been gaining deep and extensive expertise in IFRS/ LuxGAAP stand-alone and consolidated financial statements and in tax compliance assignments for PERE structures and commercial as well as Start-up companies. In addition, he is further a specialist in conducting business development and project management activities.

With an experience of 6 years in different positions in fiduciary companies and consulting firms, Said has gained a thorough and extensive expertise in consolidation process and set-up of consolidated financial statement in Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and French GAAP for PERE structures and Commercial/Industrial Groups. Said has also been developing deep knowledge and skills on Sigma Consolidation and Reporting. He is a specialist in conducting onboarding & implementation for this software solution.

ONBOARDING & IMPLEMENTATION

As Partner of Sigma Conso, we are highly skilled to implement Consolidation & Reporting edited by Sigma Conso. In this context, we have developed a methodology named DITAP:

Diagnostic, Implementation, Testing, Assessment, Production

Diagnostic is the analysis of the customer’s needs and current structure of its Group. This step is the corner stone of a successful onboarding & implementation and future use of the product. At this level, we will analyze all the possible options taking into consideration the different constraints of the Group.

Implementation in a testing environment is the second phase of our methodology. All the parameters thought during the Diagnostic will be implemented and tested step by step in order to spot efficiently the potential issues.

Testing the consolidation process and reporting aspects on a global basis. During this phase, we will reconsolidate the previous consolidation years/periods of the customer and reconcile the potential differences appearing.

Assessment. In this step, we will take the opportunity to get back on the diagnostic in order to validate whether the outcome is up to the customer’s expectations. In addition, the assessment is the opportunity to re-analyze the needs and constraints of the Group before moving to the Production phase.

Production consists on the deployment on the production environment of the solution and parameters approved by the customer. Based on the initial agreement, our experts can then advise and assist your team in the production of its first consolidations on Consolidation & Reporting.
